Actually all of the United States is pretty mushy when it comes to BAC
levels
compared to the rest of the developed world. But we tend to make up for it,
at least in Bible Belt states like Tx, Fl, Ok, by having juries that are
largely dominated by vindictive puritanical attitudes. Sometimes I suspect
the real agenda of MADD is a temperance movement, tho I am sure that they
would never state themselves as such. In any case, they seem to be losing
some clout lately as they too give in to temptations. The excitement never
ends.
