virus: Forfending Nuclear Holocaust by Conventional Means

A pre-emptive action conventional action to oust Saddam would not
only serve to prevent an eventual Iraqi nuclear attack upon Israel and
the US, but also to prevent a nuclear response upon Iraq that would be
sure to follow. A pre-emptive conventional action that prevents a
promised nuclear holocaust is eminently reasonable; to do nothing and
therefore allow Saddam the time to obtain the means to keep his
promise of nuclear attack is not.
